Home of the Soaring Eagles
Grass Valley Elementary School is a haven in the hills for Oakland children. Our focus at Grass Valley is on educating the whole child. We have a Project Based /Maker-Centered Learning focus and integrate hands-on approaches into all subject areas. Grass Valley places a strong emphasis on literacy, math, technology and the arts. Students have access to art, dance, and library classes, as well as, a garden and makerspace, the Wonder Workshop.
